What We Do

TGC Fitness Equipment is available at 3 quality levels.  As Traded, Repaired and Serviced and Fully Reconditioned.

We concentrate on quality brands and Fully Commercial Gym Equipment.  To ensure you get equipment that looks and feels as good as new for a fraction of the original purchase price.

Fully Reconditioned

Warranty – 6 months (Parts and Labour)

  • Equipment is fully stripped down to frame

  • All electronics are fully tested and repaired or replaced as required

  • Every bearings and belts are replaced

  • All rust or marks are removed and frames are resprayed as required

  • Any damaged or marked plastics are either replaced and / or re-sprayed as required

  • Any faulty mechanical components are repaired or replaced as required.

  • Replace running belt, deck and drive belt (Treadmills)

  • Recondition Drive motors and Elevation motors (Treadmills)

  • Replace Bottom Bracket bearings and drive belts (Bikes, Spin bikes, Ellipticals)

  • Replace or recondition brake units (Bikes, Ellipticals, steppers, Climbers)

Repaired and Serviced

Warranty – 3 months (Parts and Labour)

  • All Electronics are checked tested and repaired or replaced as required

  • All electronics are fully tested and repaired or replaced as required

  • Running belts, decks and drive belts are replaced (Treadmills)

  • Bottom Bracket bearings and drive belts are tested and replaced as required (Bikes, Spin bikes, Ellipticals)

  • Brake units are tested and repaired as required (Bikes, Ellipticals, Steppers and Climbers)

As Traded

Warranty – 30 days (Parts and Labour)

  • Equipment is fully tested, cleaned and checked

  • All electronics tested, all mechanical components checked and tested.
